  6. Excessive pricing in the pharmaceutical sector

    Affordable access to many drugs is made difficult by high prices. At the same time, serious questions arise about the degree of innovation and value offered by increasingly costly treatments. In this panel discussion, speakers look at the case of excessive prices of off-patent drugs and debate whether and to what extent competition authorities could also sanction excessive prices of drugs covered by patents.
