Biography

Vicente Bagnoli is a professor at Mackenzie Presbyterian University – Law School. He holds a PhD in Philosophy and General Theory of Law from the University of Sao Paulo – Law School, a master’s degree in political and Economic Law, and a bachelor’s degree in law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.

He was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich (Pos Doc).

He is the Director of ASCOLA Brazil (Academic Society for Competition Law) and President of the Legal Committee of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo. He has authored several articles and books.

Since 2010, his professional practice as a lawyer in Competition Law has been recognized and awarded by several national and international publications.
