Biography
Connor Hogg is a competition law and policy expert at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). His work focuses on aiding countries with reviews of their competition laws and practices, as well as leading the OECD research on a range of policy topics at the intersection of technology and competition law. Prior to joining the OECD, Connor worked at competition regulators in both the UK and Australia, and spent time as a lawyer in private practice. He holds an LLM from Trinity College Dublin where he was the 2018/19 visiting Tarlo scholar, as well as bachelor’s degrees in law and political science from Macquarie University in Australia. He has taught as an adjunct lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate subjects including competition and consumer protection law, technology and the law, and intellectual property law.
