Biography
Sandra Marco Colino is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, specialising in competition law, merger control, law and economics, law and technology, business law and EU law. She is the Deputy Executive Director of the Centre for Financial Regulation and Economic Development (CFRED), the Director of the Competition Law Summer Schools at the College of Europe in Bruges, and a member of the Academic Board of Dictum law firm. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, she was a Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. In 2007 she was awarded a PhD from the European University Institute (Florence). She also holds an LLM from the University Carlos III (Madrid). She is the author of the textbook Competition Law of the EU and UK (Oxford University Press), and of the monograph Vertical Agreements and Competition Law (Hart). Her awards include an Academic Excellence Award (Global Competition Review 2020), an Award for High-Impact in Legal Scholarship (CUHK, 2020), an Antitrust Writing Award (Concurrences 2018) and a Teaching Excellence Awad (CUHK 2017).
