Biography
Dr. Kot David Adhal Nguar currently serves as a Research Associate at the Centre for a Digital Society (European University Institute). Previously, he held the position of Post-doctoral Researcher at the University of Bologna, where he focused on labour markets and human capital development, particularly focusing on the employability of higher education graduates. Additionally, he is also a non-resident Research Associate at the Centre for International Education (University of Sussex), where he works on the Political Economy of Education Analysis in post-conflict states. Dr. Nguar has extensive experience working with international organisations, including INGOs, the UN, NNGOs, CSOs, CBOs, and various research institutions. Dr. Nguar is an author and an active peer-reviewer for numerous academic publications. His research interests encompasses development economics, digital technology, public management reforms, political economy and innovation management, with a particular emphasis on emerging economies. Dr. Nguar holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata, Italy. He also earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from the same University and a Master of Science in Economics and Policy Evaluation from the University of Rome – La Sapienza. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Uganda Christian University, Uganda.
