The FSR Communications & Media has recently conducted a preparatory study on DTT auctions in Greece. The academic analysis refers to the international framework and to other experiences on the relevant subject. In particular, it takes into utmost account the ITU framework for DTT broadcasting and is based on a comparative analysis of recent auctions and applications of fees for DTT licenses in 4 other EU Member States. The study has been published and is available here.
