EU competition law enforcement in action: Highlights from national courts
Join the discussion on national competition case law developments at the DataComp Seminar: where empirical research meets judicial needs
The DataComp Seminar marks the culmination of a two-year project carried out by the Centre for a Digital Society and co-funded by the DG Competition of the European Commission. The project aims at building a comprehensive database of English summaries of national competition law rulings. DataComp represents the first comprehensive and searchable database in this field in Europe; it covers over 400 cases from different EU Member States. The new tool aims to foster cross-border judicial dialogue and become a useful resource for practitioners and competition authorities.
During the launch event, the key features and scope of the database will be presented. In addition, the event will feature a roundtable of discussion on open-access competition law databases. The event will have a hybrid format, including invited participants in Florence and open to the audience connected online. Registered participants may attend the seminar free of charge via Zoom.
